Literary Walking Tours

Have you ever wanted to explore literary London? Now is the perfect time to explore these historic streets and learn a thing or two about writing from a professional writer.

We’ll be embarking on a historic walking tour of literary London, from Virginia Woolf’s Bloomsbury to the Dickensian Inns of Court. Your professional writer tour guide will show you the literary links embedded in central London and give you your own tips and tricks to improve your own writing. At the end of the walking tour, you’ll get the opportunity to free write in beautiful Russell Square and receive detailed feedback on your writing from your host (this is optional if you don’t feel like sharing).

Your friendly host is a professional, published writer and budding PhD researcher with an MA in Modern Culture from local UCL and an MA in Creative Writing. I have a wealth of knowledge about historic literary London and I have been published in numerous literary journals. I have been running adult creative writing courses for three years and I look forward to sharing my experience with you.

I offer the option to ‘rent a poet’ for your event. As an entertainment for parties, balls and other functions, there’s no better way to amaze your guests than to have their own personal poet. I write speed poems on the spot for guests, personalised to their own names and tastes.
